About Will:
Will Leitch is a veteran grant writer and fundraiser with more than 12 years of experience writing winning grant proposals, developing and overseeing grants departments, training and managing personnel, implementing best practices, and developing and stewarding key relationships. He is experienced in national-level and international grants, including government, foundation, and corporate. Awarded grants range from a few thousand dollars to several million, across a wide range of nonprofit missions. Will is driven by the goal of empowering front-line staff to accomplish their aspirations, motivated by seeing clients win the funding they need to achieve their visions.
Prior to joining CFS, Will was the Executive Director of Philanthropy for The Exodus Road, an international anti-human trafficking organization. He was the National Grants Manager for BUILD, a youth entrepreneurship nonprofit. He ran his own grants consulting firm for 10 years.
Will earned a Master's in Community Development from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts, majoring in Literature and Philosophy, from St. John's College. Will enjoys running ultramarathons and hiking in the Rockies from his home base in Colorado Springs.
