About Samantha:
In her role as Senior Policy Analyst, Samantha monitors changes to federal policy that impact funding opportunities and synthesizes them for clients in a weekly newsletter. She tracks agency updates, congressional changes, and executive orders to ensure CFS is well-prepared for any new developments. She also serves as a liaison between the writing and strategy team to improve communication and efficiency.
In 2023, Samantha graduated from William & Mary with a degree in government and history. Her senior thesis focused on the impact of social media on perceptions of congressional efficacy. Additionally, she worked in a disinformation lab on campus, studying domestic and foreign disinformation and their effects. Originally from Chesapeake, Va, she currently resides in Washington, D.C. She enjoys exploring the many museums D.C. has to offer and finding new coffee shops to patronize.
